JFCS offers a comprehensive array of services for older adults who need support to enable them to live with dignity and independence. Our services are offered to older adults regardless of their religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or disability. Those who care for older adults may also find many of our services to be extremely helpful and a great comfort to them as they balance their own lives with the needs of their loved one.
The services that we offer are:
- Information and resource referral
- Emergency Food Assistance
- Case management- short term focusing on specific needs of the individual
- Counseling for the challenges of aging, including depression, caregiving, abuse and neglect, bereavement, illness, and end-of-life concerns
- Support groups for caregivers
- In-home care referrals
- Services for Holocaust survivors
