Jewish Family & Children’s Service of Long Beach & West Orange County’s mission is to empower people to make positive changes through professional, affordable counseling and support services. We help families, individuals, couples, adults, and children through life’s challenges regardless of religion, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, national origin or gender identity. Your donation helps sustain our agency so that we can continue to provide vital services to all members of our community. JFCS General Fund – supplements costs of direct services to individuals and families of all ages

Mervin N Glow & Kreida Family Fund – Provides for those needing emergency financial assistance

Wendy Manasse & David Wiese Family Fund – For the beauty of helping others, wherever the funds are most needed

Howard & Ava Weiss Older Adult Fund – Supplements costs of counseling and protective service to the elderly

Marcie Balan Blakey Fund – Supplements counseling costs for adolescents and young adults

Elaine & Howard Davis Domestic Violence Prevention & Education Fund– Supports programs to educate victims of domestic violence

Seymour Pizer Fund – Provides low cost counseling to children and families

Laura and Arnold Orloff Self-Sufficiency Fund –Helping survivors of family violence and violence against women achieve self-sufficiency and counseling; providing support for young adults, teens and youth to overcome self-destructive behaviors.

Daisy and Vic Schneidman Educational Scholarship Fund – Provides scholarships to JFCS clients, staff, interns and their family members.
